2SWOT ANALYSIS
Chosen Company- Ironbark Aboriginal Corporation (Ironbark).
Profile of the organization including mission and vision.
Ironbark Aboriginal Corporation (Ironbark) is a leading developmental bank that caters to
the service of urban, regional and remote community that deliver its service in the Darwin City
(Lukaszyk et al. 2018). It is recognized as one of the founding entities towards the social service,
which is referred to the people who are in requirement. It is originally established in the month of
June in the year 2000. It deals with extensive consultation and deals with the indigenous
communities. It comprises of the Larrakia people and stolen generation where the children of the
community who are removed from their families and they are taken in the Darwin institute. In
the year 2014 the organization has chosen to support the government by ceasing an Incorporated
Association and attained the title of Association under the CATS Act (Boys, C., 2015).
The vision of the company is to improve the lives and aim to transform the Aboriginal
communities which tailors the development of the employee and attain to economic development
(Silcock et al, 2015). The mission of the organization is referred to as supporting the Aboriginal
communities to become self managing, to provide the helping hand and improve the social form
and advanced community growth and improvement, to promote education, training, business
opportunity and employment to the individual (Moisan et al, 2016).

The organization is recognized throughout the continent, Australia and is known for its
vast variety of care that it caters to (Clark 2014). The company provides its assistance in the area
of pastoral and spiritual support, promotes children safety, provides nutritious balanced food,
