INTRODUCTION
Communication is a very significant to all the organisation to run their operations
effectively by use of various ways such as verbal, non-verbal and written communication in the
process. The useful information transfer to the receive without create any barrier. Health and
social care adopt various strategies and follow the communication practices in its sector so, the
service provider and users tackle the situations efficiently. In the project report, the study of
various types of communication theory apply in the Anu's patient scenario in the healthcare
sector. Also, adopt approaches to deal with the inadequate interpersonal communication and
various types of communication legislation follow by the staff workers so, they can act as a
professional. Discussion on the difference culture due to various types of language and
suggestion to deal with the diversity situations that make useful to the health and social care
communication process more effective.

2.1Explaination on communication process that are influenced by values and culture factors
Culture of each country is different in terms of views, customers, ideas and also
behaviour of a people in the society. In the health and social care the nurse, doctors and other
workers have to duty of care to all the patient's culture, beliefs and backgrounds. When the
patients culture are violate and ignore by the doctors or a nurse by react on it with full anger as
well as heart its emotions. In context of the scenario the English student nurse's violating it Arab
patient by shout on him and said that he has to wait for some minute. The negative attitude of a
nurse dissatisfied the patient and leave them in a terrible condition rather than help who is
recover from diseases is hysterectomy. She does not take it responsibility as a duty of care in
which she has to provide a healthcare services this resultant into the nurse behaviour is defensive
. It is an important for the healthcare worker to understand the patient situations by use of verbal
and non-verbal communication to understand the feelings of a patients. In the scenario, there is
culture difference between Arab patients and English student nurse as they are from different
countries (Wright, Sparks and O'hair,2012). The service provider have to be deliver healthcare
services to its patients on time when it required whether there is difference in values,
culture,religion and background. The doctor, nurse and workers in the hospital should have to
