communication skills to build positive relationship and share information
with clients. Therefore, it considered as the most important tool health care
organizations have for giving great patient care.

Communication process is influenced
by values and culture.
Communication refers to a multidimensional, dynamic and complex
process which is closely related to the environment in which an
individual's experience are shared.
Effective communication is considered important feature of patient
care, the enhances nurse and patient relationship.
Also, it has a good impression on client's perception of health care
quality and treatment results. Therefore, effective communication is
the key element to provide high quality nursing care, and leads to
patient satisfaction and health.

Impact of legislation, charters and codes of practice on
communication process in healthcare.
Legislations, charters and code of conduct exercises affect the
effectiveness of the communication process in healthcare settings.
Important laws not only affect the rights of social care, but also the
rights of care workers.
Therefore, following these legislations and code of conduct at the
social care or health care institutions avoid discrimination and abuse.
Hence, care providers will communicate efficiently.
