It is on critiquing my own administrative skills in accordance to perform in a
considerable manner in the chosen field of T&T. Wherein, I am hereby
posted as General Manager in the Dorchester Luxury Hotel of London and
obligator to manage a modernised set of workforce. This is however with a
fundamental concern of satisfying the altering preferences of the customers
that continually changes as per the modifying trends of market. It in turn
represents a principle accountability of the leaders along with the managers
to handle a pressurised environment of work by motivating them to a greater
extent. It consequently postulates them to feature certain effective traits with
affluent dimensions that involves- Team building skills, Communications
skills, Leadership and Time management skills.

meeting to closely identify the existent skills and abilities of their
workers. This will in turn aid them to assign such responsibilities
that can be effectively carried out by them and they will be
certainly able to serve the overall goals of the organisation.
Team building skills- It is a foremost consideration while working as
a leader to create an effective team of individual where they can
promptly serve to the undertaken objectives of the organisation.
For which, they are hereby required to conduct prompt sessions of

Communication skills- It is yet another requisite attribute of a
manager where they are required to interact with all
organisational bodies at each and every level. It is thus
important for them to feature some considerable skills of
communication where I believe to possess a pertinent non
verbal skills of communication. However, I am hereby
required to enhance my verbal skills to make active interaction
at all divisional level.
Communication skills- It is yet another requisite attribute of a
manager where they are required to interact with all
organisational bodies at each and every level. It is thus
important for them to feature some considerable skills of
communication where I believe to possess a pertinent non
verbal skills of communication. However, I am hereby
required to enhance my verbal skills to make active interaction
