INTRODUCTION
PANDORA is an jewellery manufacturer in UK. It manufactures wide range of jwelleries
like charms, bracelets, ring, necklaces etc. It is an international brand and all of its products are
sold to almost every countries. The study will highlight the size, structures and goals of the
Pandora. The study will highlight the identification of consumers and their expectations from the
organisation. Moreover the report will highlight the importance of training and development. The
study also contains the SWOT and PESTLE analysis of company. The study also shows the
skills which the employees must have in performing the job role (Levie and Hart, 2016).

1. Explanation of size, structure, missions and goals of the organisation.
Pandora is an jewellery manufacturer in UK. The structures followed by the organisation
is integral. The company has its production in Thailand and its products are sold in more than
100 countries (Adekiya and Ibrahim, 2016). The products are sold in Europe and north America,
Australia etc. PANDORA makes various types of jewellery like charm, bracelets, designer rings
and necklaces etc. The size in which the business operates is very large as it is an international
brand. The goal of the company is to be the best jewellery manufacturer brand in the world, the
company is adopted various new measures for business expansion. The mission of PANDORA
to increase the market share by 20% till the end of year 2020. It is making an aim of expanding
the businesses to different countries. The organisations values the customers by offering high
jewellery products and after sales service. The organisation is focusing on making best necklaces
and bracelets so that it can gain maximum market share (Levie and Hart, 2016).
2. Identifying customers and their expectations from the organisation.
The customers of the brand are high class people as they focus to target the women of
high class. PANDORA manufactures the goods for both men and women but their main focus is
on women. The customers have much expectations from the brand as they expect latest jewellery
designs from the brand. The consumers expects that high quality products should be provided to
them as it is an jewellery manufacturer brand so the consumers are expecting that the gold used
in jewellery must be pore (Nilsson, Griggs and Visbeck, 2016). It is an basic expectations of the
consumers that high qualuty products must be provided to them, they also expect good after sales
service from the brand so PANDORA must take care of the consumers expectations. Latest

ornament designs must be provided by the company as so that they can fulfil the demand of the
consumers. Consumers are expecting that they should be treated in well desired manner when
they make visit to the PANDORA shop. It is very essential for dthe brand to satisfy the
expectations of the consumers as without it the businesses can not leads to success. The
consumers expect from the brand that the high quality jewellery items should be provided to
them at reasonable prices. The ornament must be available in different size so that it can
perfectly match the requirement of the buyers (Nilsson, Griggs and Visbeck, 2016).
3. SWOT and PESTLE analysis.
SWOT analysis-
Strength- Strong brand recognition among competitors. Number of stores incensing every year.
Produces different jewellery products such as charms, bracelets, earings, rings and necklaces.
Weaknesses- Prices are high for certain Jwelleries. Very less cooperation with other brands. As
all the factories are placed in Thailand so it causes delay in delivery of goods to the stores. More
competitive market.
Opportunities- Cooperation's with new brands for launching new collection lines. Introduce
men's and kids jewellery. Expand production of jewellery.
Threats- As prices of silver and gold keeps on increasing so it can impact the customers of
PANDORA. Competitors opening new stores can impact the sales of the firm. Change in fashion
and new trends can become threats for PANDORA (Shahba and et.al., 2017).
PESTLE analysis-
Political- Political stability is the greatest strength of the UK. The relations of UK with other
countries is very so the goods manufactured by PANDORA can be sold to different countries.
Economic- Factors like market growth rate, trade levels, change in currencies rates etc, as when
currency rates changes PANDORA also has to make changes in their policies.
Social- Social factors includes latest trends, change in fashion, lifestyle factors needs of the
people. So PANDORA has to take care of this as the products made by them must be suitablle to
the customers needs (Madsen, 2016).
Technological- UK is one of the technological countries in the world. PANDORA has the
greatest advantage as they can manufacture the jewelleries very fast by the use of advance
technology.

Environmental- UK's environmental conditions are very good so the it impacts the PANDORA
in this way that the businesses operations will be carried out in desired way.
Legal- Laws is important factor which affects the business. Laws related to labours affect in this
sense as wages rate is less more labours can be appointed by PANDORA (Madsen, 2016).
4. Role of employees in organisation and how they assist in achieving organisational goals.
Employees plays various role in the organisation they are the assets for the company.
Employees are serious about the rules and regulations of the company. Emp0loyees
performances many roles in the organisation like human resource management, marketer, sales
manger etc. they support in achieving the objectives of the organisation as they make make their
efforts and also gives new ideas for the improvement of the organisations productivity. As role of
human resource manager is to recruit the best candidate which can fulfil the requirements of the
company. The role of marketer assist in achieving the objective as they make new marketing
policies for promoting the sales of the PANDORA (Aithal, Kumar and Shailashree, 2016).
5. Importance of training and importance in organisation.
Training and development plays an very vital role in the organisation as various training
and development programs are arranged by PANDORA. The importance of giving training to the
employees is that they get to know about the working of the organisation. By providing training
to workers their skills and knowledge gets enhanced and assist them in performing well on job.
By giving training the weaknesses of the workers are addressed and measures can be taken
formulated improving them (Katharopoulos and Fleuret, 2017). Offering training and
development programs to employees improves their morale and encourage them for performing
well on job roles. It is beneficial for PANDORA as when they have skilled employees all the
work will be performed in an smooth manner without any delays, thus this assist in improving
overall productivity of PANDORA. There are other benefits also as trained workers works very
fast and they do not need the guidance of other people in performing the activities. More work is
done by trained worker in less time as because their skills are enhanced and they are experienced
(Muntoha and Sudiarno, 2019).
6. Selection of roles and their importance to organisation.
There are many role which are performed by the employees in PANDORA. The role of
marketer is very important as they are the only people who have responsibility of expanding the
sales of the business. The marketers makes different policies and practices so that the sales of the

company can be expands. They have differentia ideas and skills by which they make new
policies and practices for expanding the businesses sales. As without an effective marketer the
products and services offered by the company can not reach to people. The individual creates and
relations with customers in market (Raineri and Paillé, 2016). They used to make different
promotional activities so that the products can reach to maximum customers. Marketer takes
suggestions from the customers and gives advice to the company so that any improvement
required in the products can be made. They plays vital role in the designing and development of
the products, it assist companies about what are the designs of jewellery which the other
competitors are offering. By their innovative ideas and practices competition can be faced by
PANDORA in an effective manner.
7. Explanation of skill and knowledge which are required for performing the roles.
As the role of marketer is to connect with the audience. So the skills which the marketer
must have so that so that they can perform well on their job is the communications kills. The
administrator must have good command over the language, they must have talent of
understanding the needs of the consumer and after that they should create an conversation with
them (Petrou, Demerouti and Schaufeli, 2018). Marketer must have proper knowledge of the
market ie, which are the markets where the company's products can be sold. They must have past
experience of the same field so that they can perform well. They must have good presentation
skill so that they can present PANDORA products to the consumers in an effective way. They
must have proper knowledge about marketing field as without it they can not market the
PANDORA's products in effective way. The individual must have the ability to understand the
requirements of buyers as without recognition the needs the products can not be sold to the
consumers. Marketer must have ability of story telling so that by interrelating with the objective
the sales of the PANDORA can be increased.
8. Explanation of training and development which are required to be considered.
Training plays an important role in workplace. Organisation should make practices to
offer different types of training to the employees. Pandora must focus on improving the skills of
the employees as it is very important (Imran and Tanveer, 2015). As for market the company
must focus on improving the communication skills as when their skills are enhanced they will
performance in more effective way. PANDORA must share the goals and objectives of the
organisation with the employees and gives training according to that so that the goals can be

achieved by them. Training sessions must focus on improving presentation skills of the worker
as this skill is must to be have in market so that they can present the products to consumers in
desired way. Whenever new employees are hire by the PANDORA training must be provided so
that they get familiar with work and their job roles (Plessis, 2016).
CONCLUSION
From the above study it is concluded that giving training to employees is very necessary.
As giving training the knowledge and skill of the worker gets enhanced and assist them in
performing well on the job roles. Marketer's plays an very important role in expanding the sales
of the company, they made different practices and frameworks so that the goods of organisation
can be reached to consumers. There are various skills which the employees must have ie,
communication skills, presentation skills etc. As when organisations have good communications
skill the plans and procedures will be well communicated among the employee. Healthy
relationships are build in organisation by effective communication.
