INTRODUCTION
PANDORA is an jewellery manufacturer in UK. It manufactures wide range of jwelleries
like charms, bracelets, ring, necklaces etc. It is an international brand and all of its products are
sold to almost every countries. The study will highlight the size, structures and goals of the
Pandora. The study will highlight the identification of consumers and their expectations from the
organisation. Moreover the report will highlight the importance of training and development. The
study also contains the SWOT and PESTLE analysis of company. The study also shows the
skills which the employees must have in performing the job role (Levie and Hart, 2016).

1. Explanation of size, structure, missions and goals of the organisation.
Pandora is an jewellery manufacturer in UK. The structures followed by the organisation
is integral. The company has its production in Thailand and its products are sold in more than
100 countries (Adekiya and Ibrahim, 2016). The products are sold in Europe and north America,
Australia etc. PANDORA makes various types of jewellery like charm, bracelets, designer rings
and necklaces etc. The size in which the business operates is very large as it is an international
brand. The goal of the company is to be the best jewellery manufacturer brand in the world, the
company is adopted various new measures for business expansion. The mission of PANDORA
to increase the market share by 20% till the end of year 2020. It is making an aim of expanding
the businesses to different countries. The organisations values the customers by offering high
jewellery products and after sales service. The organisation is focusing on making best necklaces
and bracelets so that it can gain maximum market share (Levie and Hart, 2016).
2. Identifying customers and their expectations from the organisation.
The customers of the brand are high class people as they focus to target the women of
high class. PANDORA manufactures the goods for both men and women but their main focus is
on women. The customers have much expectations from the brand as they expect latest jewellery
designs from the brand. The consumers expects that high quality products should be provided to
them as it is an jewellery manufacturer brand so the consumers are expecting that the gold used
in jewellery must be pore (Nilsson, Griggs and Visbeck, 2016). It is an basic expectations of the
consumers that high qualuty products must be provided to them, they also expect good after sales
