For the successful merger of Fred McRae’s Quality Foods, it is necessary that they have to
ensure about their employee’s skills which assist them to perform their job roles and reduces the
redundancies in organisation. It can be done through given below points:
Give Your Employees A Test
HR of Fred McRae’s Quality Foods should analyses the skills and knowledge that are
according to the objective of organisation. For that purpose, they can be take a test from
employees for analyzing their skills and competencies that they are eligible or not for the
purpose of this job role. This is the traditional and effective method for ensuring their skills. If
they found that employees are not achieve a good marks then they get to know that they are not
appropriate for their organisation (Bartels and Jackson, 2021). It helps them to recruit talented
employees which have clear mind to perform their job roles that helps in reducing of
redundancies.
Ask To Prepare Self-Assessment
Another important method that can be chose by Fred McRae’s Quality Foods in order to
assess employees skills and knowledge with the help of providing a questionnaire. A personnel
