Personal and professional development is a self learning and analysis process in which a
individual enhance their interpersonal skill to attain organisation's objective in appropriate
manner. Through this process all employee of a company examine their own skill and ability for
a particular working approach to improve them for attain future objectives easily. It involve
enhancing necessary skills to carry out own job role as effectively as possible and provides
appropriate contribution and services to get future objectives easily. This project report includes
various approaches of self management and life long learning as well as benefits of self
management learning in a organisation. In this process, the project is represent Kolb learning
theory and its benefit for a individual (Anderson and Anderson, 2010). At last it ground on self
development plan which is based on feedback and self evaluation or a portfolio for own
evaluation.

Self management is a analysis process in which a individual examine their own skill and
working capacity to enhance them effectively. For this they use various learning method which
help them to improve their knowledge criteria and ability to attain various task appropriately. For

easily get various opportunity to exchange their thoughts and ideas in front of professional.
There are different learning techniques for a candidate such as -
Seminar and conferences – This is a effective tool of learning in which a individual can
easily improve their interpersonal skill and knowledge criteria effectively. Seminar and
