CONCLUSION
By evaluating this project report, it has been concluded that personal and professional
development is most important part of everyone life because without this they can not exist in
this competitive world. In present time, almost all companies are using this concept to improve
skills and abilities of their employees. Self managed learning is the main aspect of personal and
professional development because this can help people in increasing their efficiency and
effectiveness. With the help of PPD, individual can make strong position in its work place. Also,
it helps people in bridging gap between their current and standard performance. In this project
report, different approaches of self managed learning has evaluated which can individual in
