Person with high skills and abilities can accomplish his/herpersonal as well as professional objectives (Hopkinson, 2014). In modern world, all organisationwant highly skilled staff members and so, it has become the foremost need of every individual toenhance his/her abilities and competencies. This project report is based on Marks and Spencerwhich is a most popular retailer brand. In this report, concept of self-managed learning has beenevaluated. Also, own current skills and competencies have been determined to identify thedevelopment needs. At last, acquired interpersonal and transferable skills have beendemonstrated. TASK 11.1 Self-managed learning and its approachesSelf-managed learning plays an important role in individual's life. People can enhancetheir self-acquisition by various methods such as meetings, conferences, seminars and so on.With the help of this, individual can improve his position at the workplace.
