for HSC practitioners to render best service quality in order to influence and satisfy patients

development plan so that individual understanding could be improved.

It can be stated that working as a health care practitioner it is essential for me to develop
my evaluation skills in order to deliver the best health care facilities to patients. However, it is
also essential for me to enhance my communication skills that would benefit me to develop
effective communication with patients and understand their needs appropriately. Following is the
