This report is going to analysis various approacheswhich are useful in managing and self learning as well as understanding self managed learningand development skills of an individual (Calderhead, Denicolo and Day, 2012) . Moreover,respective organisation also measure current abilities and skill of professional development andorganisation standard as well as the process of implement and development of specific plans.The respective report also covers the solution of work based problems and communicate invariety of styles and appropriate manner at various levels.
