Summary
From the above evaluation it can be concluded that I have poor communication and
presentation skills. I cannot lead team of few members effectively. Furthermore, I have poor
experience of HR polices. I have worked for limited period as HR assistant hence I failed to
gather much knowledge about human resource polices. Whenever I communicate with others I
fail to interact with them properly because of lack of confidence. I feel under confident when I
Present in front of many people, that is why my presentation skill is very poor.
