The personal and professional development is very helpful in relation to bring
development in the activities of business enterprise. In entity it is important to have human
personal who are sufficient skilled in order to carry the firm function in sufficient manner. There

very helpful to identify the working capabilities of individual. The efficient employees and team

consider the following activities like approaches to self manager learning, theories, significance
and current skill of professionals in order to meet the standard and objective of the business
enterprise. The main motive of the business enterprise is to properly utilized the resources in
timely manner. In order to earn objective of business it is essential to provide effective training
to employees.

The approaches to self-managed learning are as follows:
Self-learning is a process by which an individual find different ways of learning be it in his
workplace or outside the organisation. It helps to develop long-term individual career
development goals. The approaches can be done by doing research in the field of learning.
Approaches are as follows:
1. Seminars and conferences-
People can learn from seminars and conferences as it provide people opportunity to
present their knowledge about something.
2. Social networks-
Social networks can be used to learn new things.
Different learning styles and their benefits-
1. Sociological-
Some learners try to learn from group activities that provide them opportunity to learn in-
group. Here cooperative learning is emphasised (Gregersen and MacIntyre., 2017).

2. Mobility-
Students should stretch and take short breaks as needed in learning new things. Research
studies have shown that individual need to take 30 seconds to rest the brain and recharge the
brain.
These all styles help people in learning new things in their professional as well as personal life.

encouraged, and mention the relevance to learning and development methods.
Lifelong learning is the continuous learning in the individual personal as well ad
professional life. It can be understood by following ways:
1. SWOT (Strength Weaknesses Opportunity Threats)-
By making SWOT analysis of personal development, individual can evaluate his
behaviour. Like strength can be quick learning. By evaluating the SWOT in individual
development, person will be able to learn things, which he aspires to learn. It helps individuals to
evaluate his weakness and opportunities, threats in such a way, which enhances his learning, and
develop his skills.
2. Self- learning-
Self- learning helps individual to learn new things at his workplace. It also consists of
developing the personal skills in effective way (Meijer and et.al., 2017). While self-learning
review things, professional development combines ideas and concepts that help to personal
learning and grow to certain level. Self-learning is highly beneficial to the learners in the way
which provides them with continuous improvement in their approach towards learning and
developing the new things in their personal as well as professional life.
1.3 Benefits of self-managed learning to the individual and to the organisation.
Benefits to individual:
1. Decision making-
Self-learning helps organization to make quick decisions regarding various issues. The
organization also acquire decision-making skills through work experience.
2. Ethical benefit-
Individual can learn about judgment, which is moral and ethical in nature from personal
experience, which is the biggest benefit to the organization.
3. Problem solving-

These are some skills, which are transferable that a person can acquire them from work or
interests or hobbies. Various problems can be solved practically in the organisation.

1. Team work skills-
Individuals learn in the team, which helps them to learn new things from the teamwork. It
is the most useful for people development. Teamwork can be accomplished by working on same
project but in team. This helps individual in gaining new things.
2. Communication skills-
Individuals help to build their communication skills by which firm’s objectives can be

will be able to learn things in new ways and in quick manner.
3. Gathering additional data-
Gathering data in organised way will be able to learn new things effectively. He will be
able to learn lot from others who work closely with the person whom we want to access.
4. Determine action steps-
Good idea of training should be analysed so that each person can be benefited on his
learning needs. The some training and development includes on the job training, off the job

training, online training and instructor led training and many more can be helped to develop
skills of individuals.
4.1 Define selection of work based problem.
In an organization the main issue in relation to communication. The ineffective
communication bring barriers in the working of employees. This kind of situation hampered the
growth of business enterprise (Grohmann and Kauffeld, 2013). The negative working structure
affect the growth and development of the organization. In form there are various teams each has
to perform their activity in coordinated manner. To earn the maximum amount of revenue it is
essential to earn large amount profitability so that bran image of business enterprise can be
maintained.
4.2 Description on the communication style in effective manner.
The impressive style helps to perform the activities sin well mannered. It can be defined
as-
1. Visual- This is very helpful in relation to have good communication between team
members. With the help of this team can perform their role in more active and efficient
way.
2. Verbal- in this the employees has to perform their role in oral mode (Kinnie and Swart,
2012). This is helpful in order to bring both skill in one manner that is witting and
speaking. Absence of this kind of activity can affect the performance of the business
enterprise. In order to improve this kind of activities it is essential to provide efficient
training to all the workers.
4.3 Evaluation on the strategies of management.
In this time management skill are very helpful in order to perform the activities in well
effective and impressive manner (Shek and et. al., 2013.). This kind of activities can be define in
following manner are as-
Managing the log book- with the help of this kind of activities the task can be recorded with the
reminder so that it can be performed in given time (St‐Jean, 2012). The whole important task is
to be noted. In this time can be saved.
Strategies priorities- with the help of this task can be performed with the prior manner. The

Written communication- I have powerful English on the basis or which I am able to write good
English. In this manner I have to deal with presentation skill in order to make it impressive I use
the good language with images.
After this all activities the deviation process is to be carried in order to fine out the difference

3.1 PDP reflecting short and long term objectives
Short term Objectives My short term objective is to participate in training and development
sessions in order to learn leadership skills. Apart from this I am mot
not focused to grab opportunities therefore my ultimate objective is

focused on developing opportunity for myself according to my
capabilities.
Long term objectives For long term objectives I want to focus on enhancing, time
management, and skills management because I am introvert person
due to which I am unable to overcome my weakness of not coming up

nature I lack and let go all the opportunities there, my aim for creating this plan is to enhance my
skills of taking responsibility an understanding the inner talent of mine because the under
confident nature of mine is restricting and limiting my growth. The objective behind creating the
planned of activities is to discover all the strengths and weakness which I need to overcome in
order to attain my personal and professional goals. Further, according to me it is the best method
which assist the individual in analyzing its own skills and capabilities. I wanted to evaluate my
strengths and weakness because in want to startup a plan in which my ultimate motivate is to
maximize profits and serve customer satisfaction. Hence, it is the personal reflection which helps
the person in discovering its qualities and limitation which are the reason behind individual's
personality. It is the best method to monitor and control own performance.
