our knowledge and identify, enhancing quality of life in contributing towards the realisation of
dreams and aspirations. An individual is setting out their own goals and strategies in order to
achieve something in their life. PPD is an alignment which study the professional programmes
and encounter the requirements from specifies regulatory bodies. PPD plan should be made
effectively where individuals can easily design their goals in simple manner (Calderhead, 2012).
In present assignment Marriott hotel is taken which help to individuals in attaining their goals
and objectives as well as own also. Besides this, in present report different approaches of self-
learning has been explained. Furthermore, personal and professional development plan has been
made after identifying the needs. Along with this, different time management strategies have
been discussed.

1.1 Evaluating different approaches to self-managed learning
Self-managed learning is that approach whereby learning of individuals is encouraged
and knowledge is achieving with their own efforts. As there are different approaches which can
be used by individual and gives opportunity to them opportunity to attain their long-term career.

attaining their goals and objectives. There are various ways which has been discussed in brief for

conferences are organising by organisation which provide opportunity to individuals to enhance
