This report also discussed about theevaluation of current skill against the professional standards and corporate objectives.Different types of time management strategies and other methods which help to meetorganizational goals and objectives in an effective manner. Task 1 Different approaches in self-management learningsSelf-management learning is related with the way to handle its own learning and improvingskills and other aspects which help to perform a task. This is the responsibility of a businessorganization is to conduct various learning program which enhanced self-management anddemonstrate their knowledge in to the next level (Wallace and Priestley, 2011). It helps todetermine various issued and overcome these issue in the near future. There are differentapproaches can be used by an individual:Seminars and conferences: In this approach where an individual attend seminars andconferences for increase their knowledge and skill on a specific area and minimise theirweakness in an effective manner. for example, if a person learns more about leadership, thisis the responsibility of a cited firm is to conduct seminars on leadership and communicatewith them. it helps to solve their quarries and increase confidence level. Social networking: There are various social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram,You Tube, Twitter and so on. These tool can be used by an individual and communicate withother people. Because, there are different types of people used these methods and shareinformation and knowledge on a specific area and meet its short and long term goals.

Lifetime learning in personal and professional development It is significant for a person is to update its information and knowledge base which helps toincrease the understanding level and develop new professional skills. Therefore, it is theresponsibility of a person is to use different tools which enhanced their skills and confidencewhich meet the future needs (Knight, Sperlinger and Maltby, 2010). Today, businessenvironment is too complex and change over a period of time. It requires that Hilton Hotel isto make their employees and up to date regarding any information which increase customersatisfaction level. There are following methods can be used by an individual:Self-evaluation: This is one of the best approach for the lifelong learning in PPD. In thisapproach a person required that to conduct its SWOT analyses and identify their strength andweakness. It will increase strength and minimise weakness in the near future. For example, ifa person feels that time management is poor (Minott, 2010). They can make a plan and alsoplay time management activity which enhanced such skills.Continues learning: A business organization is required to change its working style accordingto time which create the need of new skills and knowledge. Therefore, an individual persontries to learn new things and use new concept in working style which increase productivityand performance.
