INTRODUCTIONPersonal and professional development goes hand in hand. Learning provides aids topersonal development. It is important at each stage of life. In order to meet organisational goalsand objectives it is necessary for individuals and organisation as a whole to come together andget engaged in a learning process. The process of combine learning is called as personal andprofessional development. This process facilitates individual as well as group development. Inthe present report various approaches will be used for self managed learning that has beenevaluated along with explaining the efficiency of lifelong learning and its benefits. Further skillsrequired to work professionally are described in context to volswagen COMPNY . Personaldevelopment plan is also prepared for the post of HR manager along with that furtheropportunities and conducting skill audit test is also been done.. For having efficient operations inbusiness it is necessary to communicate effectively with employees, therefore, communicationstyle is also discussed in this report.TASK 1 1.1 Approaches of self managed learning and style of learningSelf management learning gives help to improve knowledge and development in aperson. Internet: Through the internet we can search any site and get knowledge about it andalso suggestion can be taken in order to solve problem. Kolb's Learning style:Concrete experience- This learning style is helpful to look at things then use it and learnabout the experience. In this style I faced problem while generating new ideas, andgather information or solve problem.
