company for better outcome. The given project is based on Travelodge Hotels Limited which
was incorporated in 1985 at England, United Kingdom. It is private company dealing in
hospitality and hotel industry which is second largest in budget hotel and third biggest in number
of bedrooms. In this report will be discussion about self-managed learning can enhance lifelong
development, responsibility and implementation for own personal and professional development
plan.
