INTRODUCTION
An individual value in an enterprise is a skill, traits, beliefs, skills, capabilities and trust

This project is based on PPD which is essential part of the company as well as personal in

(Beausaert and et. al., 2013). These are beneficial for them because with the support of this they
easily know all information.
Meta learning: At a strategic level it is identify as a self learning approach which can support
fundamental changes in order to getting innovative abilities, competences, skills etc. These are
all incapable if the enterprise administrator never modifies their mind set as well as mentally.
Strategic learning: With the help of this approach an individual learn and activated quickly due
to their work. With the use of this approach personal can maximize their knowledge and attain
more benefits. It is good. The individual and organization in respects to easily increase their
