With the help of this plan each and every organization easily achievestheir long and short term targets and aims in a systematic manner. This project is based on PPD which is essential part of the company as well as personal inorder to grow and success in an easy way. This file determined about the self managed learning approach and their different approaches to encourage them. It is very beneficial for organizational and personal to increase their basic ability in specific meter. In this assignment personal audit and development plan are determined in regards to solve all work based issues. Time management theory and different types of communication style are also described in this project.
