INTRODUCTION Personal development refers with the lifelong process of the individual. It is the way in which individual assess with qualities and skills. It leads with considering the set targets in life in order tomaximise and realise with their potential(Personal Development Skills,2019). Present report will address to reflection to individual CV, with the discussion around the LinkedIn profile and will highlight with various drivers for career aspiration. MAIN BODY Reflection This will leads with the assessment of my CV with the understanding of Rolfe Reflective framework where it will leads with the analysis of of three stages. It will be highlighting the descriptive level of reflection that relates with answering with What?, Theory and knowledge building with answering to So what and then will highlight with action oriented reflection that is now what can be done..In what situation I have been creating by skill based CV which was being based upon the position for the sale assistant. Itrelates with with the client facing and customer acquisition face where I have made various improvement in the CV as it was being not properly structured which as a result was living a bad impression on employer to hire me and serves with indicatives where I was not being selected for the profile where I have applied. As my experience was not enough I have used to highlight my strengths and attributes such as customer rapport and support services which will increase my chances of getting selected for the job role. I startedwith strengthening with my career summary whichin nutshell will explain with my backgroundof my career. By constantly looking at my CV I have developed the feeling that I need to tailor and make changes in CV according to the job requirements and what is being demanded for the job. It has led me with understanding that every job has different requirement and for all their can not be a single CV for same. It needs to be modified accordingly. It has made me to understand that their were certain gaps which was leading me in the situation of not getting a dream job which was serving me to get disappointed (Tattum and Tattum, 2017). This have helped with in realising what are the skills which I need to adopt to face various challenging task and be confident and motivated while doing my job.It has made me to understand that this skills which needs to be developedto perform my task in highly effective manner.

It teaches me that to get the dream job it requires me to put in various efforts in development of various skills and knowledge which serves as means of getting selected. I will now leads to improve my CV in terms of proper alignment, structure, effective template and will not hypothetically not include anything which I am not knowing and will be include things which I know and serves with my strength. Discussion on my LinkedIn profile I am still working on my LinkedIn profile as I want it to make so robust which leads with reaching to the potential employer with effective means and increases my chances of getting selected. The CV highlights with my core strengths and weaknesses of mine. Since my job role is being more concerned with dealing with customer and client and convincing themit leads to my strengths of communication skillswith understanding of different language and influencing the customer to make purchase decision. The strength lies with building of customer rapport and support services and leads with effective relationship building. The profile speaks more about the negotiation skills and making of the effective deals which save the money for the company. It tells the connection over LinkedIn over the generalbackground of my career, my career summary where it is being focused around displaying my skills and capabilities in relevant industryandgainingtheexperiencefromthattogetbetterhikeinmyemployment opportunities(Howard, 2019). My strength leads with better interpersonal skill which implies withnetworkingandconnectingwithvariousindividualandgroupofcustomersand understanding with their behaviour towards making of the decision towards the purchase.It implies with my coordination, team workingwhich understands with various dynamics in
professional world. My strength also lied with having the string knowledge about the product and services where I was working such as H&M, Roti house and B&Q. The strength lies with adaptability and managing with change which implies with positive attitude to achieve my goals in my life. The weaknessesof my career is being reflected with means of less meansof having IT and technological skills. It leads with overlooking of different aspects of dealing with the customer and getting the valuable insights which hinders my goals and activities. The weakness of my implies with delegating of responsibilities on my own, where I am finding with difficulty in making my subordinates to make them understand what they actually want to do in terms of tasks which needs to be performed by them where I understand that I am lacking with my leadership skills (Wain,2017). The major weakness of my implies with effective decision making process which sometimes leads to sometime hindering of my confidence and motivationto achieve goals. The opportunity implies with converting my weakness that is learning of new IT and technical skills that implies with personal development and increases with employment skills and chance to get better jobs. It involves me to develop mindset of planning and considering how decision are being taken in individual professional lives that leads them to be at the position of being at top authority where it relates with giving command and getting the work done from subordinates. The SMART goals of my career are- To increase by verbal and written communication skills by 100% by end of 2023. To increase my influencing and convincing skills by 75% by end of 2022. To increase my skills of time management by 80% by the end of 2021. The threat for me implies with individuals who are being more qualified and experienced than me who have the higher chances of getting selected for the job role which I and other have applied . It decreases my chances of getting selected. Drivers for career aspiration Their are various drivers formy career aspirations. It includesme tohave safe and secured professional jobs which leadsme to derive satisfaction as it will leads to satisfying my needs and wants in my life. It leads with earning sufficient amount of money which will helps in balancing my personal life as a result to cater with my family needs, The driver for my career aspiration implies with becoming an expert and providing with guidance and training to
subordinates where it will leads with helping hand in enhancing and building with the lives of subordinates.It implies with to be at the position of top authority where I am involved in the leadership of company and leads with various decision making process which will imply with the growth of company in uncertain business environment. It implies with giving command and order and getting the work and task done bysubordinates under me. The driver for my career aspiration leas to be at the position whereby I can derive my status, prestige , pride and get respect from individuals which I deserve to have at the position which I a supposed to be.The driver fro my career aspiration also leads to be experiencing different opportunities and dynamics which support building of my knowledge and implies with development of my career in favourable ad positive manner. The another driver for my career aspiration leads with facing various challenging task and make my personality strong enough to undertake the activities in favourable manner (Chen7and Huang, 2017). It implies with gaining new skill set which are being applicable for grabbing future career opportunities. The driver for my career aspiration implies with self analysis which will helps in evaluating my skills and capabilities in term of strengths and weaknesses associated with the same. It leads withmaking improvements in my weaknesseswhich leads to my career to be more strong and robust and implies with hike, promotions, rewards and various others. The main reason and one of the biggest driver for my career aspiration leads with pushing of my limits and coming out of the my comfort zone and experiencing various opportunities which give rise in career growth. Apart from this all the basic reason for career aspiration leads with fulfilling of basic needs and wants of individual such as food, water, shelter, clothes and others . The driver for my career aspiration implies with having the position to pursue with my occupation which is being in respected by other individual in the organisation which in turn builds up with high level of morale and confidence in me to perform my task and activities (Maharaja, 2018). It implies with realising by job responsibilities which needs to be followed on the basis of ethical grounds. It doesnot meant with the purpose to conduct fraudulent activities while conducting the business operation in the company in which I am being employed . And lastly the reason and driver for my career aspiration leads to having self satisfaction which is being highly important for me,

CONCLUSION From the above analysis it is being understood that there are various things which needs to be considered by the individual in regards with personal development. It requiresindividual to constantly work on developing with its skills and capabilities that supports with undertaking of various challenging task in uncertain professional situation.
