SMART goals will offer clarity as well as a deadline to achieve the set objectives so that
the personal weakness can be overcome. These SMART goals will allow me to stretch my
limit through challenges (Gresh et al., 2016). I will come out of her comfort zone thus
improve my skills. The SMART goals for working in WIPRO will be-
1. Building effective communication style
2. Improve assessment skills
3. Behavioral development.
S These goals are Specific because these are simple and significant for me. These
goals are identified by analyzing my strength and weaknesses. These will
particularly change by weaknesses into strengths.
M Measurable because that are meaningful as well as motivating. These goals can be
measured with time where I will be able to check the growth periodically.
A These goals are Achievable because of their simplicity. My flaws are very common
weakness hence my goals are also attainable
R Relevant because these goals are realistic, reasonable, resourced and result-based.
These perfectly match with the criteria.
T These goals are Time bound or time-sensitive because I do not have much time or
opportunity to check my weaknesses. Hence I need to focus overcoming my flaws
within given time.
Based on these goals, the required actions need to be performed. This profession demands
great decision making skills which will not be achieved without communication with other
employees or the mangers. Effective communication style, trustworthiness humility a
collaboration are the steps to succeed in future. These aspects will be the moist favored

beyond my strengths. The steps as well as resources will help ne to improve my strengths and
identify new opportunities. These tools will help me to learn and improve my communication
skills. Previously I used to observe others, their behaviors in various types of interactions.
This personal development plan will help me to focus in developing new behaviors and
assessment skills and I will be able to follow up my progress. In the meeting and seminars, I
will ask several clarifying questions which will support my growth in this industry (Drucker,
2017). The debates and workshops will give me opportunity to know the methods of
assessing and solving problem as I will be copying the attitudes and functions of the others. I
will learn and document the avenues from the mentors. This plan will guide me to remain
more focused on the soft skill and utilize more creative ways the measure the behavioral
changes and competency. Though this way, I will be able to increase my productivity from
my team based approach. This personal development plan will provide a clear road map for
increased performance by utilizing available resources.
