essential to improve the overall needs because it maintains the team handling effectively in
future terms. In relation to enhancing and improving several needs there are several stratgies
which is needed to be implementing by me for personal development within the professional
career so that effective results are to be enjoyed in the long term survival.
Goal setting- First strategy that is developed by me is setting the goal related to become
a successful leader. The goal should be measurable, realistic and achievable so that targets are to
be attained on time. For instance- In this I have to set the time schedule for involving in several
types of activities related to developing my communication, time management, motivation etc.
