INTRODUCTION
Personal effectiveness is basically making use of time as well as resources to perform
best from the ability in the work. There are different skills which are required to develop a
personal effectiveness such as self-confidence, planning, management of stress and motivating
self are some key aspects (Tuteja, Sharda and Hyde, 2020). The personal effectiveness assist to
transfer the ideas as the relevant information for positive impact. With the effective use of this
the success can be achieved the end goal. The personal effectiveness is a division which deal
with the success and it works on a concept of strength with positive thinking. The skills and
knowledge used for better personal effectiveness assist to perform better and also contribute
more than others. When an individual is personally effectively then they are able to select and
make use of effective leadership style for the company (Villaber and Gonzaga, 2018). They are
also motivated towards the work and also inspire group people together so that better working is
done in the organization. This report evaluates the skills and behaviour of Sundar pichai as a

large as maximum number of population internationally is the customer of Google brand
(Bolderdijk And et. al., 2017). For becoming CEO and a global leader Sundar Pichai has used
different skills and behaviour. There are number of skills and behavioural practises that help
Sundar Pichai to become global leader are as under:
Communication skills: The one of the most effective skill of Sundar is that he uses to tune his
communication as per the people he uses to communicate with. In the childhood Sundar is being
more shy kind of person so when he recognise this than he has contributed lot of efforts to
enhance and improve its communication. When he uses to talk to its staff people then all of them
get clear about the information presented by him, and they also continuously follow up with him.

All the staff member get to understand what actually Sundar Pichai need to explain to them and
further they agree with him so this show this communication is very strong.
Inclusive leadership: Sundar pichai is an kind of person who is more focused to empower people
under him, so he makes sure that all the strategies of leadership is being explained with himself
so if the people are having any doubt then he can easily clear that immediately (Sousa and
Rocha, 2019). Sundar uses to more focussed on its staff success more than its own success, and
he also is calm towards each employee of Google. When there is any kind of conflicts like
situation then he also resolves the issue and also explain the consequences of the people. Sundar
uses to inspire staff in a way that they are highly motivated towards the work and also try to
contribute their best.
Team player: Sundar pichai is effective in managing the team because he himself said that he is
performing all its activities to help the people working for Google and also trying to remove all
the obstacle which are coming in between of work of employees. He is continuously working to
