Development, 2014). It considers maximum knowledge and skills that are important as well as
requisite for move any enterprise activities in accurate form. Personal development identify as
self improvement for the aim of attaining their desired objectives or goals. These are define as an
important elements in order to increasing humans skills, capabilities and knowledge in regards to
executing tasks in specific time duration. This report comprise the study regarding different
methods that are determine in own management activity. Various kind of learning styles which

Social networking: In modern world, there are various populations in this teenagers, younger
and adults are considered for using social web sites in broad range. In during the various number
