• Personal and professional development is essential to attain growth which will help an individual in performing their job role in an effective
manner. It includes both hard and soft skills and provides assistance in learning as well as growth through an individuals career.
• It is a life long process and help in achieving goals and objective related to both personal and professional aspect.
• It allows an individual to be proactive and take charges in their actions. The following presentation will consist of the HR field along with its
analysis as my career path. In addition to this it will consist of my strengths and how I utilized them to overcome challenges related to by career
path.

businesses to succeed in the market. For the following reasons I have chosen human resource managers as my career
path.

• I am interested in this career field as it is evident in today's worlds that companies need to adapt to new technologies,
laws and benefits programs that will improve employee experiences and interrelations.
