accomplish there roles and responsibilities. It is important to understand the requirement of these
skills. Communication skills are required to interact with all the other employees. It helps to
understand the responsibility and accomplish it. A manager should have good communication
skills so that all the employees working can understand the message. Also sometimes a person

P7 Review the key strength and weakness of an applied interview process.
After the process of an interview process, the responsibility or role of interviewer starts
that they have to analysed and examined the objective, targets, strength and weakness of
individual in appropriate manner whether the candidate is meeting their requirements or not. In
context of above given interviewee, his/ her strength is mentioned below:
Strength:
Precision: The aim of carrying out this process of interview is to inquiries the immediate
and consequent response which required appropriate and explicit answers as it were. Along with
this, it has been analysed that it will not leave any sort of degree which aids questioner in
identifying the best and suitable candidate with the help of this strength of good communication
skill.
Spontaneity: It is an another strength that interviewer is able to analysed from
interviewee, as it gives response to all question with spontaneity without any hesitation and this
makes securing the legitimate and clear answer from interviewee, which aids in deciding the
candidate is suitably meets the requirements or not.
So from above discussed interview process I have learned that it is very effective process
in order to determine the skills, capabilities and ability of an individual as well as to identify
whether the interviewee is able to meet the set criteria or not. By this I am able to take decision
effectively.
Weakness:
Time consuming: It is the one of the primal weakness that I got analysed from
interviewee. It is that the entire process incorporates utilization of time. This is on the grounds
and very difficult to identify the skill and knowledge on the basis of response specially from this
conducted process which consume huge time.
Lengthy: Some of the time, the appropriate response could take huge time, was reflected
in process above and subsequently, was very long for both interviewer and interviewee.
So from above discussion it has been founds that the major strength of interviewee is its
transparency and formality as well as their confidence level is good and poses a loss of positivity
in itself. Furthermore, the interview timing was perfect in order to crack it in effective manner.
Besides that, the, weakness that has been founded is lack of adequate information about the job
role.

Weakness that I have learned from this process is that this is very time consuming and
