order to complete the task that has been assigned in the workplace. The organization works on
deadlines. Within the stipulated time frame the individual constantly needs to finish off

The strategy of scheduling time works for me as a team manger of health and social care
in providing treatment to young people with disabilities as it will help to examine the time that is
available in order to give treatment to these people. The essential task can be blocked. The high
priority can be given to urgent-tasks and to handle unpredictable events and emergencies some
extra time need to be schedule. The priorities can be delivered in order to achieve the goals. So,
time-scheduling can help to complete the work at desirable time.

Feedback
Based on the feedback the time-management skills need to be updated. The updating in
the plan can be made in order to make the plan more proper and efficient for the organization.
The updating in the plan can be done by planning and reviewing the plan .The planning can be
made to achieve the goals of the development plan. The goals and objectives need to b defined
for a clean and good beginning (Winston, Creamer and Miller, 2013. ). All the information and
knowledge and new skills need to be gathered while working with the goals. It needs to make
sure that there is enough time to complete them and the resources are enough. The goals need to
be defines as it will help to find out the expected result.
