Development at personal and professional for each individuals vary and there are variousfactors which are responsible for this. Everyone has its own way of learning new things and it isthe life experience which develops any individual. Companies give training to their employees toboost the confidence of them so that they can be motivated and put their full effort in the work.For better results this activity has become necessary as this helps the firms in gainingcompetitive advantage. I easily get frustrated from different suitable which Iconsider as my weakness. Normally such thing comes when those people who are working withme is not performing according to my instructions. I have also believed in managing thingsaccording to me only so I have funded my education although my financial condition was not sogood. So in future this can become a threat for me but I know that with education which is likean opportunity for me I can attain new heights. There are various advantages attached to self reflective learning because through itlearning can be managed.
