The research design for this study employs a suitable procedure to examine the topic of employee satisfaction and retention in the Bourne Leisure organization. The researcher uses primary and secondary data, targeting a population of employees who are potential customers of the organization. A sample size of 100 is selected, with an aim to collect responses from at least 75% of the distributed questionnaires. The study aims to identify the factors that contribute to employee satisfaction and retention, while also exploring the cost-effective nature of data collection through email-based questionnaires.
