Reflective commentary
The first lecture began with a lesson on how to utilise Blackboard's collaborative platform,
online session etiquette, and a module overview, as was expected. There were a lot of general
queries from freshly enrolled students that didn't have anything to do with the programme. It
was a relief to learn that the module will only have one assignment, since it had been much
more difficult to keep up with the studies since the split lectures, which consist of a one-two
hour lecture and a one-hour seminar that seldom run back-to-back, were introduced in place
of a single three-hour lecture. We conducted a lot of tasks that involved self-examining or
critically assessing a specific circumstance throughout the lecture, which was stress-free and
enjoyable.
The presentation attracted my entire attention when we started talking about transferrable and
technical talents, and I can honestly say that was the most essential portion of the session for
me. Learning about the primary transferrable skills was really beneficial since it helped me
better understand myself and where I am on the route to being a professional businessperson,
which is what I want to be after I finish my degree. I guess that certain of our skills are
anticipated to be stimulated more throughout our academic career, while others are more
dependant on what we do outside of the university.
This leads to personal development as you gain the ability to handle increasingly complicated
jobs that are even more fulfilling. I chose Adventure for the final value since it may be part of
a challenge, depending on whether it's done for a need for rewards to fulfil your primary
needs or just for pleasure. I feel that everyone need both. Normally, I would strive to examine
others, so the experience of analysing oneself was novel and intriguing, and it was the part of
my first lesson that I enjoyed the most. Actually, I'm a little concerned that I didn't choose
anything relating to family, friends, or love. If I had to do it all over again, I believe I would
choose the same option.

Week 2 of this module is really helpful in performing different activities and understanding
about the professional choices that are available to an individual .under this week to be
identified the career planning in occupational choice that are available for the individual to
work first are under this there are different aspects that are suggested by the teachers within
the class. This include the reflection on the on skill strength values and interest of an
individual while working at the time of module .there is also a discussion about appropriate
career planning guideline that can be followed by the individual to formulate effective action
plan. Before this module I don't know about the career planning process but after this
identified that there are different career planning process that has to be considered by the
individual for improvising their career planning falls in context to this a particular process
can be followed to reflect on the career decision making and choosing the appropriate interest
.under this underlined that I will go for Amazon as it is a global organisation which provide
lots of opportunities to the individuals like me. The module also help me in identifying my
own values where my interest skills values and strengths are identified by me in order to
execute them in a proper manner to achieve better results. The module is helpful in
identifying different business related professions such as general manager, management
consultant, project management, logistic and various others. Most firms and industries
include marketing, advertising, and public relations elements. Employees assist clients in
connecting with their target audiences by promoting brands, goods, and messages through a
variety of methods. HR graduate programmes frequently include ‘rotating' between
assignments in multiple teams to obtain expertise with various facets of human resources,
including employee interactions, learning and development, reward administration, and
recruiting. Here I used to choose appropriate business post as a HR manager within Amazon.
this will help me in improvising may current skills along with developing my CV in
accordance to the requirement.
