INTRODUCTION
Health and social care is concerned with the provision of the heat and social work
activities. This services and activities are being provided by the trained medical professionals of
the hospitals and from the other facilities like residential services as well. This assessment is
based on the NHS (National health services), which provide the comprehensive health services to
the people. This assessment will include the comparison of the personal principles and values to
the principles of support for working in health and social care. This will also include the
assessment, how personal culture and experience of the influence the own role of the practiser
nurse in health and social care. Further more impact of the new development and changes to the
personal values of the practiser of the NHS.
TASK 1
1.1 Comparison of personal values and principles with the health care and social service
Health and social care workplace can be referred as the place where each individual highly
depends on values and principles to give the health care services to the peoples. As a practiser
have to consider my values and principles to treat people. In this personal values and principles
referred as he ideas, principles which ae important in every person’s life and these values reflect
the standards of the individual’s life (Curtis and Burns, 2015). These values and principles help
the individuals in order to increase their knowledge development.

One of my personal values is to equal rights,
that helps me to provide equal treatment and
services to each and every individual.
ON the other hand, the core value of the NHS
is to commitment of quality services of care, in
this as practiser, we give the commit to people
to provide equal quality services to the each
individual.
Another value is diversity, that helps me to do
range of services in the hospital and even
outside the workplace.
Core value and principles of the NHS is to
aspire the highest standard of excellence and
professionalism in the services. As the
practiser this helps to be become the
professional in my field to treat the patients
