Continuous improvement is defined as an effort that is used to improve products, services and process of the organizations. Continuous improvement plan can be successfully implemented if the identified steps are again implemented accordingly. The completion of the continuous improvement cycle is abbreviated as PDCA cycle. I have realized that, in case of continuous improvement the improvement approaches are always incremental nature it means that changes occur with the changing time period. In order to measure the quality of any product or service, different quality measurement actions or methods are available. Among those the most suitable one is needed to be followed accordingly, for the business requirement. The following are the measurement methods: Structural measurement Process measurement Outcome measurement In order to foster service delivery success the projects and business organizations should make in depth analysis on company recognition for service orientation, engagement of the internal employees, quality of the services, the experience of the consumers. I have learned that, for quality measurement some other factors are also required to be analysed by the project executives such as reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness.
