This is a course portfolio for Week 11 of the PPMP20011 course. It focuses on the topics of Argument, Logic, and Ethics in project management. Students are required to analyze arguments using logic, persuasion, and influence factors within conflicting stakeholder agendas. They must also differentiate negotiation methods, conflict management, and stakeholder engagement across various projects with differing technology standards and asset lifecycles. Furthermore, students need to explain and apply methods for identifying and reconciling inconsistent objectives and drivers, evaluating project management tools that facilitate conflict resolution via negotiated solutions, and understanding the consequences of project delays and disruptions.
