In an organization with conflicting stakeholders, the greater
persuasion and logic factors are to consider the needs of the other
party and compliment them. There can only be an agreement if both
conflicting parties can coexist and tolerate each other and make
their approaches based on facts and logics. Competition can be
healthy, but if it is not managed properly, then an organization
might face disagreements which in the long run lead to failure.
