Commercial project are defined as those projects that are associated with the
commerce and business. Commercial project planning mainly ensures that the
operations associated with the commercial projects are in place. Therefore
commercial projects and commercial planning has integral role in project
success. The key success factor of large scale project mainly depends on proper
project planning and communication.
The project included five bids that were submitted to an intergovernmental
committee. The pre negotiation phase was between the British and the French
Governments. For successful negation, it is necessary to have a pre determined
approach of negotiation.
A proper communication was necessary for successful negation.
Cultural dimensions might impact the collaborative negotiation because the
strategy and process of negotiation overlaps.
Negotiation depends on the type of contract. It can therefore be concluded that
the collaboration is an essential key success factor of the project.
