INTRODUCTION
Employment relationship is the relationship and contract between the parties, employers
and employees.
This relationship is created when a person is rendering there services or work towards the
company in return of salary or equivalent consideration .
In order to face maintain the employment relation there are many challenges that are faced
by the company and the company have to deal with it.

Various problems that are faced by TESCO
The TESCO co. have to face several problems related to the practical and legal challenges in
employment relations that can affect the overall productivity and the production of the company.
The various problems that are faced by TESCO are given below:
1 Conflicts: The biggest problem faced by the employees are the disputes between the business
owner and other employee of the company who has similar work.
The company should have proper procedures and plans to deal with conflict and disagreements in
good manner. This happens when there is lack of inefficiency in communicating and
misunderstanding what the person is saying and the company must have proper communications
channel.
