New work procedure implementation: Feedback of internal stakeholders on the new work procedure is obtained through formal meetings, group discussion and survey while feedback from external stakeholders if necessary is obtained through email and an online survey. Interview and follow up with stakeholders: Interview with stakeholders is an effective strategy for implementation of ethical policy. It is often considered by the organizations to ensure that stakeholders are receiving consistent and appropriate service in dealing with the code of ethics. There are various methods for conducting an interview with stakeholders. Some of the preferred methods are: In-person interview: considered the best, allows stakeholders to provide their own view required to identify their knowledge about the privacy policy that the company implement Telephonic interview: not as effective as an in-person interview, but might be considered when stakeholders do not have time for an in-person interview.
