Effective communication is the skills which helps the persona for their
professional development. Effective communication is defined as verbal speech or other
methods of relaying information that get a point across. ... An example of effective
communication is when the person who you are talking to listens actively, absorbs your
point and understands it.

What
I was working in one of the top retailing company in the United kingdom and my
purpose was to learn effective communication kills which can be learned through
working under the experienced person. I was working as assistant manager in the
company and the senior manager was well experienced person, so I was glad to work
with him and I want to take some experience about education. In the company I get
good experience from the senior manager because he was having effective
communication skills, and manager was known how to talk with the employees and how
to manage their activity to produce outcome. He used to talk so nicely with the
employees and listen to their problems which helps to create trust among the
employees (Oetzel., 2017). I have seen that this is an good opportunity for me to lean
and take experience from the senior manager of the company which will help me for
the professional development. I see that they way he used to communicate and provide
information to the workers was very effective and their message was clear to the
employees, This makes me think that effective communication is the key to get success
in our life. If we have effective communication skills than we can do any work so easily
and convince other to do their work properly. Other people who were involved in this
were not that much interested in the effective communication, so they do not care about
this but I used to tell them that they should learn this for their professional development
and this will be helpful for them when they will work in the other companies on the top
managerial role. Some of them take this seriously, and they understand the importance
of the effective communication. Some people who take my advice seriously used to take

knowledge from the senior manager and ask them question about the things which they
need to understand. I also give them advice that when we talk with the other lower-level
employees and customers than we should talk with them clearly, so they can
understand what we want to say, so they can get our clear instruction. Thins result in
the companies sales and their performance in the work also get improved.

I have felt like this is an good opportunity for me to learn these skills and it will
help me to professional development (Couzin., 2018). I also come to know importance
of the effective communication in our life and how it helps to be professional in the work.
I felt different from the others because other was looking for the job opportunities and
senior position, but I was looking for the experience I can get from the superiors which
will help me to be a professional in my life. I have left the job and now I am feeling that
like I have effective communication skills from my previous experience. This can be
helpful for me to achieve the future goals and dream. No, now I do not feel like troubled
in my life, effective communication skills also helps to develop problem solving and
decision-making skills in my self, so I can solve my problem in the professional and
daily life both. I was getting good opportunity to work in that company more on the
senior post but I did not continue in that job (Lunn and Duffy., 2017). This was because
I am looking for the bigger opportunities which c=i can get from the working in the other
companies. Now I am confident about my effective communication skills that It will be
helpful for me to be successful. This kills can create opportunities for me in the future
which will help me to get success in my life. I have also notice change in my behaviour
because of the effective communication skills. Before I used to listen to the others but
not properly but now understand my they want to tell and this also make feel others
create good relation with me. When any of my friend talk about something (serious)
than I used to listen them carefully what their message and if I feel anything wrong or
not correct than I used to ask them a question related to the topic.

It is important for the every person to implement communication skills in
themselves, and they should practice this in their daily life which can help them to be
a professional in their work or advice. Listening and speaking are two part of the
need to understand. I also give them advice that when we talk with the other lower-level
employees and customers than we should talk with them clearly, so they can
understand what we want to say, so they can get our clear instruction. Thins result in
