INTRODUCTION
Medical and research funders are mainly concerned with the particle research for develop
many theories. For leaving in society health and social practices are very important. In society
the people are affected are many different diseases. In this era, it become important that people
must be aware about these diseases so that they can take corrective actions. In health and social
care sectors the proper treatments are provided to service user (American Academy of Pediatrics
and American Academy of Family Physicians, 2011). While providing the better proper
treatment to service user through this it also maintains the privacy and minimise the risk and
hazardous. It also promote the awareness regarding the diseases and social issues in the principle
health and social care sector. The present report Fleetwood Hall home is considered. This home
care provides the services to mental health which accommodate man and women which ensure
the mental health needs. Further, principle of health and social care sector has been explained
and applied to ensure about the service users. Along with some acts, regulations, has been
described which has been applied at work place of Fleetwood hall home.

clients or patients on the basis of their caste, religions (Bates and Bitton, 2010). In care homes
people are patients are belonging from different culture and beliefs so the care worker must
respect them and their values also. Working as a manager in Fleetwood hall home, it is their
responsibility to keep the safe data of patients for the future use. When the manager are making
proper rules or strategies to provide the treatments then these data are very important.

1.3 Benefits person - centred approach with the service user of Fleetwood hall home
The person centre approach is that approach in which care worker has to support and
fulfil the desire expectations of patients or clients. Through this clients are motivated and take
the decisions to maintain their privacy and dignity with the professionals (Browne and et. al.,
2010). This approach is designed to care workers and service users to motivate them who are
engage in taking decisions and suggestion about their care plans. In this care home there are
many people who are suffering from the mental problem or any diseases so this approach help
them to focus on their health. The care worker is also monitor on those activities which are
performing by them through which they can develop many theories. In this sector, it is one of the
best practices which are done by the care worker is to handle the clients who are suffering from
many diseases. By satisfying with their needs and requirements it ensures about the optimum
care for the service users. In Fleetwood hall home, the patients are demanding different types of

by the care worker. As per article 3 if Mrs Y is not using the straps this may cause injury and
even treatment can also be given. In fundamental rights it has already written that if a person
does not want any kind of services which will cause him/her harm then they can refuse the
services (Druss and Mauer, 2010). In this care worker are responsible for anything if patients has
suffered from any losses. The worker can not force to Mrs Y to use these services but if worker
has imposed forcefully and something has happen to her then worker is responsible for to
compensate her.

meeting on regular basis in which any modification or change is recommended for improvement
or betterment of fleet wood care home.
