INTRODUCTION
Management is the philosophy set for organizational values and beliefs for the people and
their work. Leadership is can be said as that art which is used by a person to motivate a group for
achieving a common goal. In a business leadership and management collide and develop
strategies for the company to meets the goals of the company by directing the individuals in the
organization. The chosen company for this project is the HEAT industries. This project will
analyse the current management and leadership theories related to this company. With the help
of this project evaluation of effective group and organization decision-making is done.

TASK 1
Different methods of communication
In every organization communication is very essential therefore it can be said that the
HEAT industries also has there method of communication in the management. There are few
methods which are adopted by the organization structure of this company. These methods are,
Face to Face communication :
In a face to face conversation with a person the ability of understanding is improved a lot.
This method of communication allows the individual to interpret with the body language of the
person they are speaking with (Ellanti and et.al., 2017).This allows an individual to pick up
certain clues which is a very important skill involved in a group effort of team.
Communication via Email :
In the recent years email is seen to be the most popular way of communication between
people situated anywhere in the world having access to the current technology. With the help of
the internet the conversation can be completed in with many individuals and from variety of
locations. This helps the employees of Heat industries to deal with customers and clients from
different parts of the country and also outside the world. Emails are very less costly than visiting
a person situated far away form the location of the company (Richards., 2019).
Business Meeting :
This company states the business meetings as the tool of setting an agenda specified for
stating and skill facilitation with in a group of people in minutes. This company uses this method
for influencing the individuals and directing them for their goals. With the help of meeting the
leaders of the company are successful for achieving goals they plan with their team.
