INTRODUCTIONLeadership is study area and practical skill encompassing the ability to lead or guide tosingle person or whole company. It is process of social influence in which an individual can helpof other in the achieving of common task. Research of leadership have produced conceptsincluding traits, function, behaviour, power, vision, between other (Antonakis and Day, eds.,2017). Leadership includes making decisions and giving followers with knowledge and tools toaccomplish those goals. An effective leader possess different characteristics such as strongcommunication skills, creative and innovative. This report is based on case study of Naturalproduct and WorldCom. This report will explain four features of an effective leader. It willjustify different theories and models to contribute to effective leadership. TASK Four feature of an effective leader Leadership is the skill of an individual or group to influence and guide followers or othermembers of company. It includes making decisions, articulating clear vision, setting realizableobjectives and giving necessary knowledge and tools to accomplish those goals (Daft, 2014). Inthis context, an effective leader possess following characteristics like self confidence, strongcommunication, administration skills, creative and innovative thinking. In times of crisis, leadermust have determination in face of failure, disposition to take risks, openness to change andreactiveness. There are many features which is necessary to be effective leader in the any oforganization. Enthusiasm: It is great eagerness to be included in specific action which leader like,enjoy and important to think. This term used to describe great excitement and interest. Leaders ofWorldCom and Natural product both are normally seen as active, expressive and energetic(Collinson, 2014). They are rarely very cheerful and open to change. Overall, Natural product'sleaders are normally quick, alert and tend to be unrestrained. If the figurehead is dull and seemsuninterested, so that it is tough for people to go excited and assemblage around any reason. Evenleaders always appear to be their firm's biggest fan when if they have to fake it at time. It isnecessary to be enthusiastic team member when leader improve this trait in the workplace. Forthis, leaders follows different ways such as create clear vision, giving training to their followers,keep consistent and keep enthused and motivated to their team members. 1
