INTRODUCTION Problem solving and decision-making skills are considered as one of the important skills that helps the person to have better navigation of the things. The current presentation will outline the role- play based on the problem identified. The problem is that the employees in the UK used to face job dissatisfaction. This presentation will have discussion on the problems and PESTLE analysis to know more about macro environment. Further this presentation will put some focus on the alternative solutions and implementation of the plan to have better outcome.
ROLE PLAY The below is the role-play that will help to have the better evaluation of the problem that is faced by the employees: Consultant: Hey! As we all know that the employees are facing the job satisfaction problem at their workplace. So as employee, please let us know about the nature and impact of this problem on the performance of the organization. Unsatisfied employee: Yes, it is the serious problems faced by employees and this used to have negative impact on the performance of the company. By having the job dissatisfaction it used to decrease the work performance and more and have negative impact on the employees working(White, Aiken and McHugh, 2019).
