Introduction
Education and training is an integral part of an individual
person which helps them in enhancing their skills and
knowledge. In this presentation various methods of education
and professionalism are discussed along with influencers of
professional values.

Teachers possess diverse professional standards on the basis of
interactions with colleagues, parents, community members,
colleagues, students, staff and administrators.
Knowledge: Teachers must possess a proper understanding of the
