Professionalism is a central approach and concept which is used in both whether it is education

personal position.
It focuses on providing wider quality of training and education (Chavoshi and et.al 2019).
Teachers generally have huge amount of various professional standards which depends on their
interaction with student’s colleague’s parent’s administrations and staff. If anyone wants to
become professional then the first step of becoming a professional is to can a degree in education
and fulfil the licensing standards and regulations as well. There are various common standards
which professional teachers have to follow and that have been observed by various universities.
Teacher must have proper knowledge and they should be highly knowledgeable. Teachers must
have best understanding of various curriculum and subjects which they teach to the students. It is
the responsibility of teachers that they must transfer old detailed information to their students so
that students also get in a proper and appropriate way. For example math professor must know
how to deal with those students and their problems who are weak in mathematics.
Technologies and techniques are also thinking so it is important for teachers and professors this
that they must continue to provide best learning and output to the students. Another thing which
professional teacher should be aware is diversity. Teachers must know how to deal with different
cultures and different experiences of students which can impact their learning. Teachers must
know how to modify the instructions so that the instructions will help the students in learning

special knowledge. So because of this professionals has influenced me in my career and because
of having those teachers I can overcome my weaknesses.
Apart from this a professional teacher must have a strong communication skill and must have the
ability to listen others and let them share their opinions and suggestions. Along with this my
teachers have the ability to collaborate so that learning cannot get stop in the classroom and their
focus on building relation with their students.
Dual professionalism states about conceptual understanding and, in depth knowledge along with
expertise in the entire learning process. Dual professionals have excellent skills and knowledge
(Goloshumova and et.al 2019). They have expertise in relate employers and learners. Trainers
and teachers both are known as dual professional and both are expertise in their field. Dual
professional also make sure that they must provide excellent learning to their learners and
achieve best result out of them. On the other hand teachers are also responsible for providing
accurate and excellent learning to their students. After researching I found that professional
