between employees. In addition to this, I should also work on improving my
decision-making skills.
 Time management skills: Time-effectiveness is regarded as the most important
factor in organisations. Overall work performance does rely on it, hence employees
should have the ability to manage the time. I think that I have to work on my time-
management. In order to do things perfectly, I sometimes give overtime to a task.
This affects the overall work-effectiveness later.
 Communication skills: In order to sustain in an entity it is necessary to possess
strong communication skills. This can be regarded as the key to development. I
observed that I can easily communicate and interact with the employees. Also, I
gives my message to them with recommendable clarity. However, I hesitate a bit
while interacting with the high level authorities and managers.
