I have been following this job role properly and have also been quite successful in carrying on all these works properly. I have been able to earn the faith of my teammates or my subordinates by proving to them that I can take care of all their interests. I feel that being their leader or their supervisor I must be empathetic towards them I make sure that I am not only providing them the professional support but also the moral support that they need. I try to understand all their doubts, complaints or any kinds of issues that they are facing. This indeed is very useful and I can use this strength even in the future days. I will have to nurture this ability so that it can be of good use in the future. I believe that after 5 years I will be in charge of a more prestigious power.
