Personal Mission Statement: What is my mission in life?
My mission and aim is to manage the interviewer from where the students can be able to get
their desired job and can obtain the better results. However, being an assistant manger at the
DM partners is not easy for me as I experienced a huge responsibility at this job role and
required to enhance my skills and abilities to conduct the interview process in better manner
and can provide the suitable opportunity and possibility to the students to get their desired job.
My mission in life is to grow and develop myself at my professional career and want to maintain
and built my image and reputation in definite order (Bone, Bone, Grieshaber and et.al., 2019).

In my job role experience I identified that I am required to improve my decision-making
ability or a skill from where I can take the appropriate decision in regard to any particular
situation from where I can grow and develop myself along with the organizational growth.
For improving my decision-making skill, it will take time to get understood and grab the
education in making the right decision where it is my long term career goal.

As, it has been already cleared that I am having a role and duty of assistant manager at
DM partners where my short term goals is to improve my communication skill as it is the
only skill and ability from where I can be able to interact with the student candidate to
promote the service of the company and can enable them to understand all the key areas
of the interview process (Bonfils, 2021). However, in my short term goal I have to enhance
my communication skill in excellent manner from where I can communicate in definite
manner.

working in proper manner
from where I can submit and
complete my working in
definite way (Harvey and Uren,
2019) To increase my time
management skill I need to
prioritize my working activities
which will allow me to manage
the time and working
effectively.
I will start my improvement
in learning and adopting
time management skill by
next week from Monday
13th June.
Improving my time management skill I will need
approximately 2 weeks to learn and grab this ability
in definite manner where I can be able to manage my
time in definite way. My completion date of learning
this ability is 27th June.
Decision-making ability By improving my decision-
making skill I will be able to
take the decision on any
particular situation in definite
manner from where I can
handle any situation and
circumstances respectively.
For improving my decision-
making ability I will keep my
focus on the salutation and
take suggestion from my
senior who will guide me to
I required 3 weeks
maximum to improve my
decision-making ability as
it will take time to
understand the situation
and then provide a proper
solution. I will start my
improvement area from
14th June.
Decision-making ability is important to be developed
where when I will be able to take the decision in
proper way and obtain effective outcome from the
decision then I will measure my ability at successful.
The completion date of learning this skill is 5th July.
