ability that helps to managed or organized individual performance. My biggest target is to
develop problem solving skills rather than the others. I want to developed it and raise at higher
level. In some extent I will be able to take effective decisions, but now I want to improve it more
and more, it is one of my biggest achievable target in Hilton hotel.
Peers guidance, review and collaboration is one of the better strategies that helps to
achieve targets and get the best outcomes. Elsewhere, training also give good results and better
outcomes of learning which I need to work in Hilton hotel.

Abilities during interview process
Interview procedure is multi stages process for recruiting new applicants in company.
There are some steps of interview process:
Online application and CV submission- I am working in Hospitality industry, while
looking for some information on internet where I got some vacancy for service industry and this
job looks more interesting to me. I already have good job, but still I needed better career option.
Before going for interview I need to fill some online application forms in which I have to fill all
the abilities and necessary information about myself.
Interview entrance- Company invited for interview and for that I have done some
preparations before this process. I gathered all the education forms and certificate and bring with
me when I am going for interview.
Fill Application form- when I entered into company I need to fill some entrance form. I
will be able to fill it perfectly and then do for interview.
Face to face interview- HR conduct face to face interview and asked some questions to
me. In some extent I do not communicate with them because of nervousness, During interview
process I feel low and nervous which affect my abilities the most. After taking some time I will
be able to give all the answers. I will be able to perform effectively and answered all the
questions.
Writing interview- Interview task basically include writing an email, essay or letter on
given topic. HR gives some topic to me in which I need to write few lines on it. At this process I
will be able to write and accomplish tasks within 40 minutes.
Short listing- It is list of applicants for job, after passing both the interviews company
select and include my name in short listing list.
Strengths and weakness of interview process which I experienced
In interview procedure I experienced strengths of the process, but in some extent I feel
some week points in interview program of other company where I go for attending it.
Strengthen- I experienced strength of interview process at the stage five as face to face.
All the question are relevant and lined up with the required job position.

Weakness- In some extent I feel that interview process is not manageable in way and I
feel that HRM taking too much time for oriented and they asked some more questions which is
