INTRODUCTION
The professional identity is defined as one of the professional as well as the self-concept that
is based on the several attributes related to the beliefs, values, motive as well as the experience.
Apart from this professional attitude is the way, in which the person can conduct from itself
within the professional setting. Now, in this context, as the term attitude is sometime explaining

this is necessary for the supervisor of the hotel, for taking initiative for of the ongoing
development of the process because, this is appropriate way to keep handling the services of the
hotels by giving the equal competition to the rivalry firms. In the respect of the hotel Radisson
Blu, there are various stakeholders who can get why, this is important for the ongoing
professional development. As well as there are some of the importance and benefits will be
discussed below of the on- going professional development for the hotel supervisor of the hotel
Radisson Blu.

some of the factors thar are being lacking, as well as the hotel supervisor will be must have

as the interaction from the clients within the hotels, for handling their problems within the hotel.
Because If sometimes not doing communication with the clients will face the major issues within
the organisation.

learners should understand the needs of the organisation for getting the self-direction, this must
be very much helpful for them to try to give the answers to any of the employee who are working

specific skills and attributes for resolving the skill within the organisation.
