interview is that I can easily answer questions of employer as they will include general questions
about my life’s goal and my skills or educational qualifications. In a two way communication
which is face to face communication it is convenient to express your thoughts clearly. I will
answer all the questions of interviewer confidently and bravely. This will impact positively on
employer and he may appreciate my confidence. I want to give interview for the post of
customer executive manager and thus I should have abilities to understand people more clearly
and control what activities As I have applied for customer executive job position interviewer
might be looking for empathy which means ability to know what will make people more satisfied
and happy. I have good interpersonal skills and it is easy for me to build good relations with
other individuals and understand their emotions and problems. I have been working for two years
and also I have given a lot of interviews before so I will not face any issue or problem while
giving the interview. I have good critical thinking power which helped me to answer various
trick questions. Sometimes in an interview, the interviewer asks questions related to situations
and in that case to answer correctly a person should have good logical thinking and as I have
logical thinking skills so interview is the best way for me to impress employers of Marriott
International Hotel.
Weakness of interview process- The major limitation of using an interview process is that
I was sure that questions asked in the interview process will be tricky and not simple. I thought
the interview will also consist of general questions and goals of the person in future. As
interview will contain questions related to general knowledge, trick questions and logical
thinking so I have to go through many books and online study content for grabbing knowledge.
But on the other hand, this is not a right manner as for giving the interview I am studying all
these aspects but apart from it I was not having knowledge about these issues before. If a person
has not studied about tricky and tough questions it will be not be easy for him to give the
interview and become successful in it. If I was not having knowledge about current social and
governmental issues then I will fail in this project. If I would be asked question related to some
kind of current political issue and I am not having any idea about it then I will not answer the
question properly and certainly my confidence level will become low. This will reduce the
effectiveness of me in performing better in the interview. These above mentioned weaknesses
and negative concepts will cause frustration, tension and anxiety. My overall performance will
about my life’s goal and my skills or educational qualifications. In a two way communication

trick questions.
My overall performance will
decline in the interview. The main limitation of me is that if I don’t know about something then I
stop speaking and this makes me feel bad as I am not aware about such aspects of life.
