Continuous professional learning is part of learning process that helps to earn and maintain the professional credentials like as academic degree to formal coursework, attending conferences, and informal learning opportunities that has created the good understanding regarding particular topic and manage the all workings which increases performance and profitability. In British Airways, number of people are working by managing all activities and functions as they are enough qualified and experienced in their work which can help to develop their own skills and knowledge which bring the higher productivity and profitability(McHale and Cecil, 2020).
